Defective merchandise that is within the warranty may be returned for credit or replacement. Please check our warranty information listed below for specifics on your remote control purchase. All merchandise unless physical damaged may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Miracle Remote will accept returns providing you contact us to obtain a return authorization number, this number must be marked on the outside of the box. Unmarked boxes will be refused and returned. All Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

90 Days Limited Warranty.

Miracle Remote, LLC warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. If a defect occurs during normal use and within 90 days from the date of purchase Miracle Remote will replace the product.

The product must be returned to the original place of purchase along with all the original packaging and the proof of purchase for replacement. This warranty does not cover the product if it has been damaged by accident, misuse, abuse or neglect. The manufacturer and the distributor/seller shall bear no other liability for any loss or damage, direct, indirect or consequential or otherwise due to the use of or inability to use the product other than replacement. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other legal rights that vary from state to state, thus the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.
